My specializations are in reorganizational strategy, streamlining operations; human capital coaching & training; leadership and management development. It’s a success for everyone when cohesion exists. I have developed and formulated corporate policy and strategy, written personnel, operations, and sales training manuals. I feel my passion is contagious and I bring to the team a never-ending desire to roll up my sleeves, dig in and do whatever it takes. My corporate philosophy is, a no is never a no. It is simply a reason to knock on the door again, ask another question (or 25) and place an additional follow-up call.
Director of Operations & Administration
I provided the Firm with the structure and tools necessary to create, implement and manage a (strategic human capital) succession plan; restructure operational procedures to (develop staff); provide insight and vision regarding the (development of solutions) for management change toward future growth. I have successfully integrated an improved workflow tracking system resulting in the reduction of total workflow processing time by six percent. I revised (strategies) designed toward improved policies and procedures by streamlining systems and processes allowing for a 4.5% increase in overall firm productivity.
EVP / Interim CEO
As the senior executive and primary force behind the rebuilding, reemergence and resurgence of this unique beverage brand, acquired through an Assignment for the Benefit of the Creditors, I oversaw the (creativity and innovation) of rebuilding, maintained tremendous (flexibility and resilience) in adapting to market changes, utilized (strategic thinking and vision) to establish relationships allowing for growth. Operationally, I was (accountable) for engineering the systems and processes from the ground up, redesigned packaging and market (vision), restructured GTIN non-compliance issues and the transition of all trademark issues for reassignment. I had full oversight of all (financial management, human capital management and various portions of the technology management) necessary to solidify marketshare while maintaining forward momentum.
