Business and Leadership aren’t supposed to be games of “whack-a-mole”. They are also not easy. As a 3-time Inc5000 CEO I understand exactly where you are and what’s in front of you.
I have nearly three decades of leadership experience in both large companies and small ones. I’ve held multiple roles in several departments, lead business units inside multi-billion dollar corporations, and built a small business into a 3-time Inc5000 honoree. None of this would have been possible without understanding what it takes to develop and lead others to achieve their goals.
Outside of my business background I’ve invested several years in training in other environments. I’ve had the honor of being an instructor in the U.S. Naval Nuclear Power Program – there’s nothing like the first time you turn a student loose on a nuclear reactor for their first session of drills! I’ve invested countless hours teaching middle school students in the Arizona Science Olympiad competition and had the joy of watching my students compete on the national stage.
I love helping people learn how to do what they love and realize their own successes!
My education in business started at the family dinner table when I was about 8 years old. My parents owned barber shops and auto salvage yards. From there I received the Naval equivalent of a nuclear engineering degree, a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, and an M.B.A.
When I’m not working, I spend time with my family, build old corvettes, and love to shoot pool. If you’re looking for guidance from someone who understands what you’re trying to accomplish, let’s talk.
