I would be a valuable addition to a Board or an Advisory Board.  I have many years of practical experience in a variety of companies and have sat on several boards.  I was selected by the board of one company to represent our interests by sitting on the board of another company in which we were part owner.  I successfully averted an action that would have diluted our shares in the second company.  The system requires me to put in a price, but my price would be negotiable.
